Morgan in Mama's Dress
This is really just for my mom, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to show everyone else too! My mom made this dress for me (and of course Erika had one too) when I was a little girl and Morgan was so excited to wear it to school today! I had to let out the hem this morning before school so we were about 30 minutes late! But she wore it and it fit her just perfect. It's hard for me to even imagine her and Paige having daughters that can wear all the clothes I've made for them!
Oh, and in case you don't have your speakers on... turn up your volume... the great Elizabeth Mitchell is singing a sweet song about a Lady Bug Picnic... thought it was appropriate for our church picnic pictures! Now that I am not officially a stalker anymore, can I just say that she is just BEAUTIFUL!
My mother in law saved practically ALL my husband's clothes from when he was a baby/little boy. Even though it is annoying at times having to sort through the masses of clothes, it's so nice to have some nice, really precious things that have sentimental value that I can let my boys wear. It's so fun to be able to tell them that their daddy used to wear this same thing!

That is so sweet. That brings back so many memories of my Jeane Carroll wearing all of her sisters clothes. I know that was yours but there is a big age gap between my girls..Love reading about you and your family. I love your new background and music!!! I was downloading all this free music software today (college flashbacks) to try and upload a song to my blog, and saw all of your cute ones! I'm still a little slow at this blogging stuff... Love the dress :)

My grandmother used to sew and smock everything me and my little brother wore and her handiwork is a treasured memory.

I am with ya, both of my girls have worn my first birthday dress, Easter dress, Christmas dress, etc...I love it. I love Morgan's hair too, so pretty.
