What's a woman to do...

... with no water all afternoon? Our water main broke today (thankfully on the city-side of the meter as hundred of gallons of water gushed into the road and down the drain) and with no water... how can a mom/housekeeper do dishes, laundry, shower, or clean? She can't. Oh darn! So, instead I cranked out a couple little things for the girls... just thought I'd share.

you have inspired me. I just told my husband I don't want to go sew/monogram... but now I think I will:) Looks awesome!

Darby...those are super cute. I am so impressed that you just whipped those out as an afternoon activity. Can we assume that the girls have hairbows to match?

Darby! Love the outfits. Super cute. Hey, do you have Monogram Wizard? Is that a special font? I love it! Caroline might need some polka-dotted "C"s! -Graves

So cute! I wish that was how I spent my day! What do the girls do while youe sew? Is it during nap time? I think I'm off to smock a little before bed, that's about all I get to do usually.

Love the outfits Darby! Did you sew Morgan's skirt by a pattern or is it something you came up with on your own? Wish we lived closer so we could sew together!!

Oh, busted pipes, Darby! How terrible! If it had happened in Huntsville, I would have been able to help you out - but, sounds like you got it fixed. We are SO dependent on water, huh? I wouldn't know what to do either!

Darby,
This is BEAUTIFUL! I'm so impressed! I saw the girls in their cute pink dresses at the beach pizza place, and I'm thinking you probably made those or at least monogrammed them! Good for you for making such great use of your time!
Oh, and Russell with the purple gloves! :) Ha!! You're right...I so should have commented on that! He's so cute!
Hope you're feeling better today (Monday)!!
